Refunds & Returns

All personalised (this includes embroidery and Decal)
orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. This is because personalised orders have been custom made and the materials already used and therefore we would not be able to resell.

Handmade Clothing

All Handmade clothing is made to order and to the size you order all customers must use the size chart attached to each listing before purchasing if the incorrect size is ordered a refund can not be offered only if a product is faulty a refund may offered once the item is returned I will contact you once received an process refund and give you all details

It the Buyers Responsibility to return the items,

depending on the circumstances of what you are classing as faulty / damaged the item/items returned will be double checked and quality control checked and it will be our decision if we deem that the fault you are claiming is correct if we deem the product is not faulty the item will be returned to you

Please note that there is a 5mm tolerance for Handmade clothing and this follows the guidelines issued by our pattern providers and we follow this and will be using this guideline in certain circumstances

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us.

We strongly advise that you insure anything you are sending back to us and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.

Please contact us should you need to return something so we can provide you with the returns details.

Payment

We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
